About me
Stepping Into Me Wellness was born from both personal healing and a deep desire to help others navigate their own journeys of growth and emotional wellness. After the passing of my father, I found myself completely transformed by grief. In an effort to process that pain and rediscover myself, I wrote my first book, Stepping Into Me. That experience led me to a powerful realization: we are all, at some point, asked to step into a new version of ourselves. Whether it’s after a loss, a major life transition, burnout, or just the quiet pull toward something more meaningful, the journey inward is where true transformation begins. Stepping Into Me Wellness was created to hold space for that transformation.
As a professional counselor, emotional wellness coach, and mindset mentor, I now help others do what I had to learn to do for myself—rebuild, refocus, and rise. This practice is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and the belief that healing is not about becoming someone else, but about uncovering the strength that’s already within.
